Sarah has been at Waynedale since 2005 and an RVT here since 2007, she has been a staple here for many clients and patients over the years. She spends her time away from work with her Husband of 12 years Ryan, and 3 children Wesley, Piper, and Chloe. She also shares her home with 6 dogs, Bristol and Echo-who are Vizslas, Kimber a Dalmatian, Juno and Nova, French Bulldogs, and Meeka a Chihuahua (who also doubles as the manager here most days) she also has 1 cat, T.J. In her spare time she enjoys reading, hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
Her passions in the field include neonatal care, reproduction, preventative care, and surgery.
Aspen Guzman - RVT
Aspen has been a RVT since 2021. She shares her home with her husband Jose and two kids Yessenia and Jose Jr. She has 3 dogs, Wendy and Sophie who are French bulldogs, and Gigi a pug. She also has 5 cats Honey, Mila, Whisper, Marí, and Turbo. She enjoys reading on her free time and traveling with her family.
Nicola Henning - RVT
Nicola is a recent graduate of Purdue University, she has been an RVT since 2025 and has been at Waynedale since August of 2025. She shares her home with her parents and one brother. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, playing piano, and hiking.
Her passions in the field include mixed animal and exotics.

Her passion in the field is Clinical Pathology
Kat Krayer - Vet. Assistant/Animal Caretaker
Kat has been here at Waynedale since September 2022, she has very quickly become yours, mine, and our dog's favorite person. She is owned by 2 cats Billy Joel and Patsy Cline. Outside of work she enjoys reading, concerts, and pet sitting.
Her passions in the field include animal husbandry, and client communication.
