Sarah has been at Waynedale since 2005 and an RVT here since 2007, she has been a staple here for many clients and patients over the years. She spends her time away from work with her Husband of 12 years Ryan, and 3 children Wesley, Piper, and Chloe. She also shares her home with 6 dogs, Bristol and Echo-who are Vizslas, Kimber a Dalmatian, Juno and Nova, French Bulldogs, and Meeka a Chihuahua (who also doubles as the manager here most days) she also has 1 cat, T.J. In her spare time she enjoys reading, hiking and being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
Her passions in the field include neonatal care, reproduction, preventative care, and surgery.
Hayley Krudop - RVT
Hayley has been an RVT at Waynedale since 2016, she has 3 dogs, Olive and Schooner who are Chinese Crested dogs, Stinky(Cordelia) a Pomeranian, and Vivian a Lab Mix. She also has 3 cats Tater, Hollis, and a Lykoi named Schneebly. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jerod, going to the lake, the Indiana dunes, gardening, and reading.
Her passions in the field include senior pet care and special needs pets.
Aspen Guzman - RVT
Aspen has been a RVT since 2021. She shares her home with her husband Jose and two kids Yessenia and Jose Jr. She has 3 dogs, Wendy and Sophie who are French bulldogs, and Gigi a pug. She also has 5 cats Honey, Mila, Whisper, Marí, and Turbo. She enjoys reading on her free time and traveling with her family.
Katie Collins - RVT
Katie has been an RVT since 2019 and came to Waynedale in April 2024. She is loved by Athena a German Shepherd, Atlas a Pit Bull, and Gizmo a beautiful calico cat. She also is looking forward to getting married to her Fiancé Brandon soon. In her time away from Vet Med she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with family.

Kaitlyn Screeton - Vet. Assistant
Kaitlyn has been in the field since 2016 and at Waynedale since 2018, she started as a Receptionist here and quickly moved to a role as assistant. She shares her home with her husband Austin and 2 daughters Harper and Josie. She has 3 cats, Larry, Skinny and Peaches, and 4 dogs Paisley and Petey who are Pit Bulls, Laney a Golden Retriever, and Polly Pocket (the Chiween) a Chihuahua. Outside of work she enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and volunteering with a local animal rescue.
Her passions in the field include Surgery, and Laboratory work, and testing.
Michaela Rowe - Animal Caretaker
Michaela has been a part of Waynedale since July 2021, she shares her home with 2 German Shepherds Bane and Jax, and 1 cat Oliver. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband Cody and daughter Eloise. In her time away from work she loves to spend time at the Zoo with Eloise, shopping especially Target and hanging at home with her family.
Her passion in the field is being there to be a helping hand and a shoulder to clients and patients in need.
Kat Krayer - Animal Caretaker
Kat has been here at Waynedale since September 2022, she has very quickly become yours, mine, and our dog's favorite person. She is owned by 2 cats Billy Joel and Patsy Cline. Outside of work she enjoys reading, concerts, and pet sitting.
Her passions in the field include animal husbandry, and client communication.
