Appointments
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
In order to minimize your wait time and to maintain a calm and quiet environment in the hospital, we pre-schedule appointments. To schedule an appointment call our office during regular office hours. We strive to keep wait times to a minimum, however we do see emergency cases throughout office hours on a walk-in basis and priority will be given to urgent or critical cases. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding if your appointment is delayed because of an emergency.
Emergency & Urgent Care
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our staff will work to fit your pet into our appointment schedule as soon as possible. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen. If you ever have any questions as to whether your pet needs veterinary care please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
For after-hours veterinary emergencies please contact Northeast Indiana Veterinary Emergency Specialty Hospital at 260-255-3074. They are located at 5818 Maplecrest Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46835.
